Understanding your audience — The 3-step framework method

There are 3 components to it.

Emote: what would you want to feel, do, like to see, etc. — How would you describe how they feel now without your service, product or solution? — What’s missing from their experience? How could it be better?

Connect: how would you describe how would you like them to feel or how would you like your intended customer to feel about your service, product, and business, or customer? — How does your service or products and solution affect them personally?

Convert: how could your company, product, or service provide a better experience? Your messaging and sales process should incorporate and include an emotional quotient, which can be derived from a Business EQ Audit and assessment.

Emote A trigger that raises feelings. According to psychologists, an emotion can bring joy, make you happy, and make you cry.
