Before we begin considering scaling a business, we need to consider;

We should begin with auditing our Business software, tools, tech and platforms for ROI. In other words, the tech and software that your business runs and relies upon having an impact or capability assessment

- Useful
- Profitable
An example of this for myself includes some of the assessments;
- have you activated the license, tool or product?
- have you used the tool, software or platform?
- do you require further training?
- has the tool or platform had an update? Do you need access to an updated version?
- create an inventory of your business tools, software and tech
- do you have the logins?
- is the Email still valid from the initial purchase?
- did you achieve ROI?
- did you bookmark a resource, video, forum or community for support?
- add the renewal date if applicable to your calendar
- File logins and access details
- Set a date to implement this every quarter/year if applicable
- Open a word doc/Trello board or Asana project
- Create a heading titled ‘Initial ideas’
Brainstorm your initial idea for using/purchasing the tool/ aspect of your business and a bonus use case, examples of the product, tool or software in use.
- Add logins and create 2 headings, outsource or create a strategic growth strategy
Don’t beat yourself up, rest assured that you have taken the time to action!
Research and outsource at least 5 hours (depending on the tool or software requirements). Hey, at least you made a start!
